3. What Data We Collect and Why We process the following data based on the necessity to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate business interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR):
- Identity & Contact Data: Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (to process and deliver orders).
- Financial Data: Payment details. Note: We use headless architecture. Your payment data is tokenized and securely processed directly by our Shipify payment gateway. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
- Technical Data & Behaviroal Data: IP address, browser type, device info, and browsing history on our site to prevent fraud, enfocre our Terms (such as identifyng return policy abuse), andimprove user experience.
- Marketing Data: Newsletter preferences. We only send marketing emails if you have explicitly opted in (Consent - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Data Sharing and International Transfers (Headless Architecture) To provide our services, we share your data with trusted third parties:
- Backend & Fulfilment: Order and shipping details are synchronized with Celune. and our logistics partners. Shopify may process data in Canada and the US.
- Payment Processors: Shopify payments for secure payment execution and frud prevention.
- Logistics: Couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx) to deliver your goods.
- International Transfers: When personal data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EEA (e.g., to the US), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or equivalent Swiss mechanisms.
